Pick the holes (usually the par 5s). After everyone tees off, the scorer taps the longest drive in the fairway — they collect from the tee group, or from the whole field if the organizer set it that way. Across the whole field, one group tags the tee box and each group stands on its longest drive to measure it by GPS. The longest drive wins the hole; only the exact same distance ties.
